TempO-Seq

Measure more biology. Process more samples.

TempO-Seq uses highly specific detector oligos and sequencing-based barcodes to simplify gene-expression profiling. Flexible assay content, short barcode reads and streamlined sample preparation make large studies practical without sacrificing biological depth.

Biology to Barcodes™

Simultaneously analyze thousands of targets.

Detector oligos hybridize directly to target RNA sequences. Unbound detectors are removed, correctly paired detectors are ligated, and sample-tagged primers convert those molecular events into sequencing-ready barcodes.

Why TempO-Seq

High content without high complexity.

TempO-Seq was designed around the realities of large studies: many samples, flexible biology, limited material and the need to get from experiment to interpretable data quickly.

More affordable TempO-Seq sequencing
01 / AFFORDABLE

Make sequencing capacity go further

Pool large numbers of indexed samples while sequencing short target-identifying barcodes.

Flexible TempO-Seq sample inputs
02 / FLEXIBLE

Work with diverse inputs

Support cell lysates, purified RNA, FFPE and other sample formats across a range of study designs.

Laboratory workflow
03 / SIMPLE

Remove unnecessary workflow

Eliminate multiple conventional RNA-sequencing preparation steps and keep the assay straightforward.

Fast molecular biology workflow
04 / FAST

Get to data sooner

A streamlined one-day assay reduces hands-on time and shortens the path from samples to sequencing.

Gene-expression insight
05 / DEEPER INSIGHT

Measure more of the biology

Interrogate hundreds to thousands of targets rather than relying on a small number of conventional endpoints.

Modular TempO-Seq assay design
06 / MODULAR

Design around your study

Use whole-transcriptome, surrogate or custom assay content tailored to the targets and species that matter.
